The statue of Anael stares down with her glowing purple eyes. ANAEL: "Anael's Mark has served its purpose in this lifetime. It is time to return." The green light returns to Akiva, and the purple light returns to Darcy. They both gasp in surprise. Anael's statue closes her eyes, tiny specks of purple light flying from them and disappearing. Akiva and Darcy stand in silence for a moment before the statue, before Darcy ducks her head, trembling. DARCY: "S-So... So that's-... So that's why Bahram's after me..."
