DARCY: "I'm probably going to die. According to pact terms, Bahram can just consume my energy now. Because I failed. Now I'm just hiding from him behind wards as long as I can, like Eden is. Sorry. I know I never should've pacted with him." Akiva's eye is only half green now. AKIVA: "You just wanted to save your sister. It's not like you knew there were other options." DARCY: "Good intentions don't matter. I should've been there for her. I haven't seen any of my family since I left home after I pacted. They needed me to be there and I left to chase after a stupid dream because some Spirit told me he could fix everything."
